All funds raised from the race will support the charitable programs of the Kiwanis Club of West San Jose.

Race location is 2955 N. Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA, Parking lot E.

Our Start/Finish area is Parking Lot E, adjacent the Kite Flying area. Turn right into Parking Lot E just after the main ranger entrance shack.

We’ve got both a 5K and 10K event to choose from. Resolve to make a difference in the new year, and that will automatically start with your registration fee for this race.

Wake up late and still enjoy the race as start time is 10AM. Enjoy a great run in the park and the camaraderie of other runners and some post-race refreshments. We usually have music, but this will not allowed this year due to Burrowing Owls nesting close to the start/finish area.

We’ll have separate digital clocks for 5K and 10K at the Finish line. Both our courses are USA-TF certified, with some minor modifications this year due again to the Burrowing Owls.

The courses are mostly on paved walking and bicycling paths within Mountain View's Shoreline Park.

These are mostly part of the regional Bay Trail system, which features fast and flat trails along levees in the baylands. Trail photos are imbedded in the course and park pages of this website.

All finishers will receive a unique Runners Hat.

Age Categories, both 5K and 10K, Male and Female:

December 29, and $45 thereafter.

On-line registration is extended to include Jan 1.
